Why is it important to transform?
Transformation is essential to human nature. It is what keeps your mind active and your body young. As human beings we are always evolving and your movement practice should too.
Movement is not just about the physical; it is also about how focused and flexible you feel in the mind, how your inner health affects your daily movement, and how you can manage the stresses of everyday life to live a life in balance, with greater awareness and vitality each day.
Ways to support your transformation beyond the next 28 days:
- Consistency is key – you could find a buddy to keep each other accountable, aim to move 3-4 times per week, enjoy a movement routine and mix up the class styles you attend to keep it interesting.
- Find the joy in it – stay connected to your ‘why’, try all the different class styles to challenge and balance your body, discuss personal needs with teachers so they can help you modify or deepen, say hi to the person next to you and allow the Selph community to support your wellbeing.
- Move better, with more ease and less pain in your body and mind – the Selph philosophy is designed to support a balance between action and rest, strength and release, physical to mental resilience.
