Incorporate these practices into your weekly routine so you can keep energy levels balanced.


Yin Yoga

What is it? Yin Yoga targets the fascia or connective tissue throughout the body to squeeze and stretch the joints for greater mobility.

  • Find an edge in the pose: begin at 80% so you have space to deepen into.
  • Resolve to remain still: stillness supports pressure on the tissues so each pose becomes a massage from the inside out
  • Hold the pose for 3mins or more: enjoy the meditative benefits of the practice and building a sense of calm resilience in the body

Selph Calm (Yin) Class – Hips & Heart

Reset your body and relax your mind any time of the day with this yin practice. Stretch across your chest and massage around your hips to feel more spacious through your whole body.


Yoga Nidra

What is it? Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a guided meditation technique that takes you between a state of consciousness and sleeping. It is proven to help reduce stress and alleviate tension in the body and is profoundly relaxing.
